TERMS OF REFUND
RAVZ Entertainment Group, represented by DeLight Entertainment, holds concerts in 12 countries and the refund rules for tickets vary depending on the country of the concert.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the situation is changing dynamically. Therefore, you can follow the update of the refund rules in your country in this section.

You should specify the reason for the refund, the order number, the first and last name and the e-mail that was specified when buying the ticket. Also, you should add a photo of your passport for additional identification.
RULES FOR CREDITING FUNDS
- There is no refund of the service fee.
- Refunds are made only in cashless form to the card account up to 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order.
- No partial refund of tickets.
- Only the buyer whose details are specified in the order can apply for a refund.
